Is my federal and state taxes completely done? I did it about 2 and a half weeks ago and still haven't gotten my return in my direct deposit.

It just says ready to mail on both federal and state, i dont know if i have to do anything else? It also says both are complete in the tracker.

I selected direct deposit and entered in my routing and account number. But for some reason it's saying ready to mail. I dont know if i have to print it all out, sign it, then send it or not...

If it says ready to mail then it has not been filed yet if you didn't print and mail it yourself. You can go through the FILE tab again and try to switch it to efile.
