I check my status I filed my return on1-30-2020 but when I check it’s said it’s been accepted and process and my estimate return should be on the 2-20-2020 that’s in 3 days how come it’s saids it beraly been processed?

The IRS expects to issue most refunds in less than 21 days after being accepted. Turbotax gives an estimated date based on the IRS's 21 day timeframe. So it all depends on the IRS and how fast your tax return moves along in the system. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS.
