    <description>&lt;P&gt;NO you absolutely should not file somewhere else.&amp;nbsp; If you have already successfully e-filed your return and then you file somewhere else you will create all kinds of problems for yourself.&amp;nbsp; You need to be patient.&amp;nbsp; The average time for a refund to be issued after a return is accepted is 21 days.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes it's faster, sometimes it's not....but that doesn't mean there is a problem.&amp;nbsp; Just keep checking &lt;A href="https://www.irs.gov/refunds" target="_blank"&gt;Where's my Refund&lt;/A&gt; for updates.&amp;nbsp; Here is some more information for you:&lt;/P&gt;
