i put the wrong date to take out my state tax it need to come out on 2/26/2021 from my bank account

You are unable to change your payment date in Turbo Tax once you filed your return and it has been accepted. For your State tax payment, you would need to contact your State directly to see if you can adjust the date or cancel the transaction.
