Therefore, it is impossible to determine who deserves what portion of the refund.       <description>&lt;P&gt;No.&amp;nbsp; A joint return is one tax return that contains both spouses information combined.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Anything on a tax return&amp;nbsp; can affect the amount of the joint refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
