      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, you cannot include an estimated tax payment made for 2015 on your 2016 tax return.&amp;nbsp; You can either file an amended return for 2015, or you can call the IRS and explain the situation.&amp;nbsp; After reviewing your account, if the payment was not already applied to offset tax due, or included in a refund, then they will either refund or apply towards 2016 or 2017 tax due, whichever you prefer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
