Make sure when you are signing in that you are using the same User ID and Password you created when you started filing for that tax year.

I need someone to fix my tax, they already charged me $127.20 for nothing I didn't get help.

As this is a public forum, we cannot see your return.

TurboTax does offer the Live help if you decide to try and complete it yourself. This gives you access to a CPA or EA who can assist you as you have questions along the way.

To access Live, you will see this button on the top right-hand side of your program.

When you click on Live Tax Advice, you will be given the option to upgrade to Live.

Once you select Upgrade, you will then have the option to select a Live review.

On the black panel on the left, select:

Tax Tools
Print Center

Be aware you will not be able to print until you pay for the Forms.
