Reps like they all go under review I'm like no mines has never said this stupid message but you know broke ass ny state gotta make everyone wait. I like many others have received this message. I got it last year but one thing different than this year is last year when calling the self help refund check phone number it didn’t come up, just said I needed to speak with someone. I ended up having to go to the irs and provide more info to just verify it was me. They said they sent a letter but I never received that letter but with a little determination I ended persuading them me to send me a new one and I set up a date to visit my local office. This year my return is atleast showing up in the self help refund phone number . I’d be patience and give it til the end of the month then check back. Hope this helps some.
