Unfortunately no; there is no technological way for you to upload your W-2 to us at TurboTax, and then have us securely forward that document to the Oklahoma Tax Commission (or any other government agency). What W-2 information we can forward to the revenue authorities was already done so when you e-filed your tax return (or, if you paper filed, you would have attached a W-2 to that return already).

However, before you respond to this letter and mail off a copy of your W-2, please be aware that in this day and age of fraudsters and identity theft
criminals, we all need to be alert and suspicious.

Therefore,
rather than reply to the letter immediately, we would instead suggest
contacting the Oklahoma Tax Commission yourself, and asking them if
the letter you have is indeed legitimate. If it is real, then they certainly should be able to tell you that.

Additionally, when you contact the
revenue authority, please don't automatically rely on any phone number
or address printed on the letter itself, before you've confirmed that
the letter is genuine. Instead, please use the internet (or some other
resource) to independently look up the revenue authority's phone
number. (Criminals can set up their own phone lines and post office
boxes, you see.)
To help you along with that, here is link to the Oklahoma Tax Commission's "contact us" information:

https://www.ok.gov/tax/OTC_Phone_Numbers.html

It's a long list of phone numbers there, but we would suggest starting with taxpayer information, compliance, or taxpayer assistance.

Thank you for asking this important question.
