If you have submitted your return, there is no way to stop the process.

i would to stop state return not filed i can file through my state free i can save the 40.00 so please stop efile it has not done yet

@christina9956 Please see this Turbo Tax FAQ on how to delete your state return. If you have already filed, we cannot stop the process as it has been sent to your state.
