No Acceptance Email

Last year I filed my taxes and both were accepted that same day hours later. This year I did the same got my order number but it's been 2 days and I still don't know if I've been accepted. My wife did them the day after and already got acceptance emails. Help

did taxes 2/25. no acceptance email nor message that they were accepted
