I filed on 02/04/20 still not accepted? Is this happening to anyone else

I filed on 02/04 with notice the IRS accepts or rejects within 24-48 hours. I have always had mine accepted within 24 for the last 5 years or so. Is this happening to anyone else? Does this mean the IRS is backed up or is there something to be concerned about.

I filed on the same day as you, my return was accepted within 6 minutes after I filed, but everyone is different. it should only take 2 days for it to accept

Your return will stay in Pending status until the IRS finishes processing the backlog of returns. After January, e-filed returns generally sit in Pending status for 24–48 hours before coming back as either Accepted or Rejected. Sometimes returns stay in Pending for several days or even longer.
