For amending a 2019 tax return?

Form 1040X is estimated to be available on 02/27/2020

On the Tax Home web page when the Form 1040X for amending a 2019 tax return becomes available there will be a link - Amend (change) return

Yeah, for my 2019 tax returns. I meant to file under E-file, but chose mail on accident. Is that the form I actually need for this situation I'm in ?

If you did not e-file the tax return but only printed the return without mailing the tax return to the IRS, then see this TurboTax support FAQ for switching from mailing to e-filing - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/e-file/help/how-do-i-change-from-mail-to-e-file-in-turbotax-online/01/26985
