Unless you received a tax document such as a 1099-C or a 1099-A, there is no where for you to report this (assuming this is a personal foreclosure and not business related).

If you have not received any tax documents, I would recommend that you check with your bank to verify if they will be issuing any tax document sot you (which may come a year or two later).
