I do not see an overdraft fee listed on the fee plan here so that would lead me to believe overdraft is not available. However, since The Turbo® Visa® Debit Card is provided by Green Dot Corporation and is issued by Green Dot Bank, I would contact them by clicking here to get the most accurate information.

Standard rules on prepaid debit cards do not have "overdraft" protection since technically you cannot overdraft a prepaid card. If they accidently allow you to let you go negative on the account then overdraft fees will be imposed.
