Yes. You will need to input your account and routing number for your card into your tax return. See the following link for instructions on how to do that.

For some reason. I cannot seem to get you guys or excuse me TurboTax to give me an actual turbo card sent to my house and it arrived for me to activate I have several hundred dollars and my account and I am stranded stuck on the road I can't pay for a hotel and I can't pay to get my vehicle fixed. Can I just get a GreenDot card and activate it since it's a Green Dot account

Unfortunately no, you would not be able to receive a card that way. It would only be by ordering a new one over the phone for safety reasons.
