IRS offset am I getting one or not

When I call the number to check for offsets It says there is one debt and my refund may or may not be offset. Currently my refund has been accepted and is being processed. I claimed the Earned income tax credit, so I do get the tax topic 152 when I check wheres my refund. Anyone know if that can change? Are they going to offset my refund? Will the information from the call line change if they do? Also does anyone else feel like they got conned into signing up for the green dot card?

That is a completely useless reply, at that point why even bother. I did not need u to acess my personal account. I needed an opinion on the situation. Another fine example of @TurboTax going down the **bleep**ter. Thanks for nothing.
