I FILED 2019 FED RETURN ON 14 Jan 2020.
IRS ACCEPTED IT.
WHEN I SIGN IN TO TURBO TAX YOU WANT ME TO BEGIN A NEW RETURN FROM THE BEGINNING

Please make sure you are logged into the correct TurboTax account, that is the most common reason for not locating a filed tax return and TurboTax prompting you to start a new return.
