I received my tax refund debit card in the mail and I attempted to activate it when I ran into a verification issue. All the information I’ve entered in is correct and I don’t understand why it won’t work.

Have you also created an online account for the card? Also,for anything related to the Turbo Prepaid Visa, please contact them at the number below.
