Are you wanting to cancel your tax return? As long as you haven't submitted payment, deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund, or registered, you can erase your return and start from scratch in TurboTax Online. Please see the FAQ below for more information:

I filled everything out two weeks ago turbo charged me a fee then they come back after I paid and said they can't file because waiting on a form. How can I cancel the whole thing with Turbo so I can go somewhere else that has everything I need to file.
