Ours didn’t either, it was because initially we were approved then we weren’t. Got an email 24 hour later.

Forty-eight hours after your acceptance, your advance money will be available on the virtual card. You have to set up your account online and you should receive more than one email with the information needed. The temporary card info will work for 15 days or until you activate your physical Turbo Card, which will arrive within 5 to 10 business days of IRS acceptance and loan approval.
