The amount that was giving to me after I filed is not the correct amount. It’s is say my tax amount can not be found

The amount that TurboTax gave me for my refund amount when I go to check in on the irs website it’s say sorry match can’t be found

Turbo tax said my refund amount is 5186 when I go to put the refund amount in it’s tells me my refund amount can’t be found. I put my correct social and head of household
