That website don’t work and neither does the customer service number I’ve done called. This is bull**bleep** I have two thousand dollars on a TurboTax prepaid card and I don’t have access to it because I can’t get through on any website or customer support line to resolve the issue.

That link sent me straight to the website and the customer service number that I’ve been calling for days and won’t let me through and the website won’t load. And it’s not the temporary card it’s the physical card that you get through the mail.

When you Activate your card, you will also set up your pin on the app.

Please click here for the TurboTax Visa Debit Card phone number and don't choose option 2 (for a live agent), it will repeat a few times then you will get more options.

I've tried the app its sends me a verification code to my email but keeps sayi ng invalid code. I cant send to my phone bc it has my old number I've been on hold forever. How can activate this card if online options dont work

If you are verifying online then you MUST keep the verification window open while you use a different window to check for the code ... if you close the first window the code will be invalid. So open your email in a different window and toggle between them.

I did it that way never closed the window. Now its saying cant validate my card and I'm still on hold. Is this a real number and i did choose option 2.

Are you trying to activate from a phone ? And you cannot see the code when it comes in at the same time ?

If so try using a computer to activate the card so the phone is free to get the code ... or seek the help of a teenager 😉

Or try downloading the Turbo Card App instead ...
