Yes, just enter a 0 (zero) for the 2018 AGI

If you had taxable income for 2019 you can file a 2019 tax return. When it asks you for a 2018 AGI, use zero. If zero will not work and let you e-file, then you have to print, sign and mail your 2019 return.
