      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Pending&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;simply means that your e-filed return is on its way and that the government hasn't accepted or rejected it yet.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When you e-file a tax return there is nothing you have to mail to the IRS.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
