    <description>&lt;P&gt;I buy Turbo tax Premier every year and try to file early, whenever possible.&amp;nbsp; I notice that Turbo tax continues to push program updates, many of them "critical" IRS form updates, etc, long after I've filed for the year.&amp;nbsp; How do I know if/how these updates impact my bottom line and why is this issue not addressed in the program's user interface?&amp;nbsp; Anyone have any experience with this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>My experience is that TT won’t let you file if there are forms that require updating that could change the result&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Those forms ha errors (red exclamations in the far left) that you can’t clear&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I’ce Used TT for 25 years</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My problem is that when I select the "Transmit Returns Now" it comes back with a dialog box stating my version of software needs to be updated, however when I do a check for updates the programs comes back with my software is up to date so now what do I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I, too, received the "you must update before efiling" box when sending my returns (NY is my state module). I checked for updates but there were none.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was able to file Federal successfully by itself so the state return had to be the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then uninstalled and reinstalled TT and allowed it to update everything when I restarted. I noted an update to the NY forms was dated yesterday. After restarting the program I was able to efile my NY return successfully.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
