Did you check your junk/spam folder? The sender will be turboprepaidcard@email.turboprepaidcard.intuit.com.

Yes... Lol its not there nor will it be. Ive checked other post. The number you gave wont help you. They just say that turbo tax messed up in not sending the correct emails. While yall keep pointing yalls fingers at them expecting them to fix the issue. There isnt a fix. Never was. This is what we call a scam. There is no tax advance. Just a ploy to get more greendot cards out there. Complete garbage. Been loyal to yall till this. From all the reviews ive read about this the people wont have yall in business for long. I recommend ANY other tax service besides turbo tax. I hope someone sees this and runs.
