You should still file Joint. And you can't deduct student loan interest on a MFS return. Did you actually file your return? If not then add her income etc. to it.

if you already filed, You cannot change or add anything on the return that you e-filed. It is too late, just like when you put an envelope in a US mailbox

Now you have to wait until the IRS either rejects or accepts your return. If your return is rejected, you will be able to go into your account and add or change it and resend it.

If the IRS accepts your return, then you have to wait until it has been fully processed and you have received your refund or paid the tax due. THEN you can prepare an amended tax return 1040X and mail it in. You cannot e-file an amended return. Meanwhile, DO NOT change anything on your return until you start the amended return. If you did change or add the missing info then take it out and put your return back to the way it was when you first filed it.

You can check your efiling status here,
https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/

How to amend an Online return
https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/amending/help/how-do-i-amend-my-turbotax-online-return/00/27577

Joint is the best way to file and better than filing Separate. Why do you want to change? Are you separated and qualify for Head of Household?

If your tax return has been accepted, you can't amend and change from Married Filing Jointly to Married Filing Separately. You should amend your tax return and add your wife's income when that option is available.

You won't be able to amend your 2019 tax return until mid-February, or after you get your refund, whichever comes later.

This is how you do it in Turbo Tax Online:

Sign in to your Turbo Tax account.

Scroll down to Your tax return & documents, click Show on the right.

Select 2019 and then click Amend (change) return.

Once you get to the screen that asks what you need to change, select W-2 form and add your wife's income. If she has paid student loan interest you can add that as well.

Carefully follow the instructions to finish your return. Don't worry if your refund changes to $0. This is normal on amended returns. If you will get more money back by amending, the refund box will show you the amount. If you owe, the number will appear in red.

When finished, follow the instructions for printing and mailing your amended return as amendments can't be e-filed.

If the reason you don't want to file jointly is that your wife has student loan debt and the IRS takes her refund, you can file Form 8379, Injured Spouse Allocation to separate your refund from hers.
