Amend 2018 to add 1098-T Tuition and enrollment expenses

Keep trying to amend my 2018 return. When I get to the section to Gather XYZ's Additional Education Expenses it says We'll ask about: Books, Classroom supplies, Lab Equipment. After I hit Continue it asks about "Pay for Books or Materials to Attend School?". Below that is has a section to Enter XYZ's Education Expenses: The first option is Tuition and enrollment fees. It shows $0. I believe you can claim up to $4000 in this section (as I did for 2019). The section is hyperlinked but when I click is the help box to the right opens and it says "What are tuition and enrollment fees? The it says "This amount, which you entered earlier, includes the amount of tuition.........". I can't find where I entered that earlier to amend the amount. It just keeps taking me in circles back to this same section. I can not find where to enter the Form 1098-T information.

To enter the information on the Form 1098-T using the 2018 TurboTax Desktop Software you should:

Switch to the Forms Mode in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
On the left side select Open Form.
Enter 1098-T in the search box.
Select Form 1098-T and select Open Form in the Blue box at the bottom of the screen.
Enter the information as it is on the Form 1098-T.

After you entered the information you can go back to the Step-by-Step Mode and continue entering the educational expenses. The tuition amount should be shown.

To file your 1098-T please follow the steps below:

Open (continue) your return, if you're not already in it.
In TurboTax, search for 1098T .
Click Jump to 1098T in the search results.
Answer any education questions that pop up (enrollment status, name of school, and so forth).

If you land on the Education Expenses Summary screen, click Edit next to the student in question, then edit the Tuition item.

I do not get a Jump to option.

Instead of using the Jump to option (which is very particular) you can

go to Deductions and Credits.
Select I'll choose what I work on
Scroll down to Education
Select Expenses and Scholarships (Form 1098T)
Answer questions until you get to Your Education Expenses Summary.
Edit as needed.
