My taxes was filed on the 27th when Irs started processing returns but my efile status says pending but it’s been more than 48 hours. Going on 4days. Is there something wrong With TurboTax system?

Check Where's My Refund. Fill in your information and that will tell you if the IRS has truly not accepted your return. Last year tax software didn't update my information but the IRS did accept it and days later the tax software updated. It happens. If still nothing try some luck and place some calls to either Turbo tax or IRS but be prepared to be put on hold.

I'm dealing with the same thing it's been 3 days now and there is no change to my status it just still tells me pending.

During the month of January the IRS may take longer than the normal 24-48 hours to process tax returns. The IRS began processing tax returns on Monday, January 27, 2020 and your federal tax return will show pending in "Where's My Refund" until it is either accepted or rejected. I checked the IRS site and it has no record of receiving my efile from turbotax. 4 days after efiling and still in Pending status. I tried calling turbotax for assistance and their automated system is NO help. It either tells me what is on the web site or says it doesn't understand my question. TurboTax sucks. I'm going back to TaxSlayer. I never had this problem with them.
