&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:11.0pt"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Calibri"&gt;If you qualify for a Refund Advance and are approved for the Turbo Visa Debit Card, you’ll be &lt;STRONG&gt;notified by email within one hour&lt;/STRONG&gt; of e-filing your return, of the&lt;STRONG&gt; approved amount&amp;nbsp; &lt;/STRONG&gt;If your request was denied you will receive an email stating that fact and a second one from First Century Bank NA explaining why.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:11.0pt"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Calibri"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:11.0pt"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Calibri"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;You will be provided with instructions on how to set up your Turbo Card Account.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If you received a Refund Advance last year, you will need to create a new account to see your Refund Advance funds for this year.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; You won't see the funds if you log in with the account you made last year.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:11.0pt"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Calibri"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:11.0pt"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Calibri"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Once your online account is set up, then you must wait for the IRS to accept the return you have e-filed to them.&amp;nbsp; &lt;STRONG&gt;Within 48 hours of your return being accepted by the IRS&lt;/STRONG&gt;, your advance funds will be deposited and available for spending online using a temporary card, while you wait for the physical card to arrive 5-10 business days&amp;nbsp; after IRS acceptance.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:11.0pt"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Calibri"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:11.0pt"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Calibri"&gt;&amp;nbsp; The rest of your refund (minus any TurboTax fees) will be loaded on the same Turbo Card as your Refund Advance, &lt;STRONG&gt;typically&lt;/STRONG&gt; within 21 days from IRS acceptance. You’ll be able to spend the money anywhere Visa is accepted in the U.S. This includes physical and online stores.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So do you guys take the advance out the federal and state or just the federal? Because i have my state going to my bank account and its been approved but still no money&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Refund Advance is a loan based on your federal return, not your state. Your state refund will go to whichever source you selected during the filing process.&amp;nbsp;The refund date you see on your state's website&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;doesn't&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;include the days the bank&amp;nbsp;may take to process a direct deposit.&amp;nbsp; It could take anywhere from 24 hours to a few days depending on how your bank processes them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
