MY W2 THIS YEAR ONLY HAS A VALUE IN BOX 12A - DD 8080.00 , WITH NO OTHER VALUES ANYWHERE.

TURBO TAX SAID I CAN NOT FILE ELECTRONICALLY DUE TO NO VALUE IN BOX 1.

DO I JUST NOT FILE THIS W2?

Box 1 is how much you were paid. Assuming you did work and get paid ask your employer why your income is not reflected on your W-2.

Did you get another W2 for the same job? If you have another one for the same employer sometimes they will give you more than 1 W2 with just the extra info on it. If this is the case, list it all on the first W-2. Maybe they needed more lines for box 12. The W2 only has 4 lines for box 12 but you can enter more than 4 on Turbo Tax.
