Yeah mine isn’t either. I’ve been calling since 10am and the only answer I can get is that their system is down and to keep trying .

I am in the same boat card temp card still not working funds there but no way to use them until the permanent card arrives. called them said system issues that were more than 24 hours ago. thinking I should have filed with Jackson Hewitt and did there advance. Had a friend who got his and was able to use it when he got it. This is ridiculous

If you created a Turbo Visa Debit Card online account and have funds available but you’re unable to use your temporary card number for online purchases, call us toll-free at (888) 285-4169.

If you received a Refund Advance last year, you’ll need to create a new account to see your Refund Advance funds for this year. You won’t see the funds if you log in with the account you made last year.

After being on hold for 30 minutes the rep who barely spoke English said they can’t help me

Being on the phone with them doesn't help they just told me that the system was down and it would be back up today and that was hours ago
