I filed my taxes and I said to put it on a turbo card I didn’t enter anything else. Does that mean I’m getting a new card ?

I literally filed a month ago and I've yet to receive my new card. I've called twice about a replacement and still nothing.

Fun fact— If the card never gets to you, you will never have your tax refund because they don't have ANY other option but to send a replacement for the replacement that never arrives. I wish I could post this disclosure somewhere visible to everyone thinking about getting the turbocard!
