How long can it take up to,to receive the advance it’s been way more than an hour

I am still waiting on an email as well it says 1 hour in some places and 48 hrs In other forums. would be nice to get a straight answer.

One hour after the return is accepted, you should get the temporary card information via email (please check your Inbox/Junk/Spam folder) which then has to be set up with an online account. Forty-eight hours after acceptance, your advance money will be available on the virtual card. For more information, please click here.
