Was wondering if there was any information why my IL return had me pay 430 this year as apposed to the 111 they paid me last year . Also wondering why If I worked at the same job the last year why my federal return was only 650 when I got 975 last year ...

Several factors can influence your refund. Perhaps you made a little more money and it kicked you into the next tax bracket. The W4 tables changed and you had less withheld. Did you notice a change in your paychecks?
