My taxes were rejected

My tax return was rejected and they said the issue was the SSN for my dependents and I checked and it was right and it also it could be because of the last name so I guess I put “F” in instead of “Fountain” could it be because I didn’t put the whole last name? Also when they said I could fix the issue it told me that my e-file couldn’t go through cause it’s not open for the season until 02/03/2020. Do I have to wait that long? Also do I have to pay again to refile?

my taxes were reject for my kids because somebody else claimed my kids on taxes and i have full custody

If you qualify to claim the children under the IRS rules, then file a paper return and claim the children as dependents. This will bypass the issue with the e-file rejection. This will also start action on the part of the IRS to determine who actually qualifies to claim the child.
