An order confirmation e-mail does not mean that your return has been filed. You receive this confirmation e-mail after you pay your TurboTax fees. If you completed filing, you would have clicked on the orange button labeled "Transmit my returns now".

Its asking to enter and AGI from last year, i don’t have that information, can I file my taxes somewhere else, if i did not file my taxes ?

@Jlopezma You will be asked for your AGI by the '"somewhere else" that you try using too--since your AGI is used by the IRS to verify your identity to allow you to e-file. But if you have not e-filed and you want to go someplace else, you can do that.

Thanks!! I only got a order confirmation but since i am not completely finishing it throught turbo tax, am I still going to be charged?

If you already paid TurboTax for your online software, they will not give you a refund just because your e-file was rejected. Your fee is the same whether you e-file or mail the return in an envelope. Have you tried to fix it and re-file>
