Did you track your refund and did the IRS say your refund was deposited? If you chose Refund Processing to pay for your refund then contact. https://taxpayer.sbtpg.com/

Please see the following options for activating your Turbo Visa Debit Card:

You can activate it online, by visiting TurboDebitCard.com. On the main page, you will see a blue Activate Card button, click on that and you'll be prompted to enter your card information;

You can also activate it on the phone by calling (888) 285-4169;

Or you can activate the card using the Turbo Debit Visa Card app:

Once you have the app open please make sure you are not logged into any account
Click get started
You will be prompted to activate the card
