Yes, you can. Please follow these steps below:

Login to your TurboTax account.
In the Welcome Home box, click on the My TurboTax tab at the top and then My Tax Timeline
In the SOME THINGS YOU CAN DO section, click Add a state. (This will get you to the State tab where your state return is)
Click on the State Taxes tab.
Click Continue to edit and/or complete your state taxes.

These instructions to edit my state return form doesn't work at all. I've found nothing and no where can I see my state return to correct it. I also cannot cancel my amend. So I'm gonna have to mail in my incorrect state return because this Intuit Turbo Tax won't let me correct/edit it.

I CANT EVEN GET INTO MY PRINTED BUT UNFILED TAXES TO REVISE WITH ANY OF THE INSTRUCTIONS!

You have missed the October 15, 2019 deadline. Now online tax preparation and e-filing are closed. In order to finish your 2018 return you need to use desktop software that you download to a full PC or Mac. Then you will have to print, sign and mail the return.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS and/or your state received the return.
