It took my card about a week to come. Did you get an approval email for your tax advance? If, so who sent the email?

It can take up to 10 business days to receive your card in the mail.

I got an email from turboadvance card asking me to finish registration but no actual "approval".

If you qualify for Refund Advance and are approved for the Turbo Visa Debit Card1, you’ll be notified by email of the approved amount and you’ll be able to start spending online, typically within 48 hours of the IRS accepting your return.

Prior to accepting the advance refund Turbo tax should inform customers if you are returning to use this service and qualify for the advance you have to get a whole new card and create a whole new account. And can’t transfer any funds to your old card that is active even is the funds are there and available. I will never use Turbo Tax to file my taxes in the future.
