Rapid refund advance

I got approved for the rapid refund advance and I never received it. I just got my card, I was hoping when I got the card it would load to it but has not... I cant talk to anyone because I didnt purchase the plus thing. Anyone else have this issue? How can I resolve it?

First your return has to be accepted by the IRS; some of loan money is available within 48 hours AFTER that

Your return is still in pending on the server because the IRS will not begin to accept/reject/process returns until January 27. Only a few returns were accepted early in a test batch. Everyone else has to wait.

So watch your emails and spam folder to make sure you know after Jan. 27 if your return was accepted or rejected.

@xmasbaby0 will advances be processed for those that were accepted early after they are accepted or do all advances process after the 27th?
