    <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you getting emails? &amp;nbsp;Ignore them if you printed and mailed the return. No you cannot “tell” the online account you mailed it. The software has no way to lnow you did that. The emails will stop.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was unable to file electronically so I filed by mail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I tell the software that my return was filed - is it necessary for me to click a button so that it can stop telling me that it is time to print and file my 2018 return?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Turbotax has failed even worse now.&amp;nbsp; I was unable to file IL state taxes electronically, but was charged anyway. I spent an hour on the phone yesterday trying to file electronically, and was told I would not be charged for previous effort, but now I have been charged again, twice, for $19.99.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words&lt;STRONG&gt; billing issues&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;U&gt;do Not&lt;/U&gt; use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.&lt;/P&gt;
