Obviously not since the IRS won't start taking returns until Jan 27, 2020. You have to wait until after then to get Accepted or Rejected. They will say Pending on Turbo Tax until the IRS starts pulling them.

Well I received a text and confirmation email that mine was accepted by IRS. I thought they were not going to be accepting them until the end of the month so that is why I asked.

Accepted is the same thing as received correct? Nothing has been approved yet?

Ours was accepted but I’m sure they won’t be aubmitted for deposits and checks until 1/27/20. But we all can be hopeful we were the lucky ones they are “testing” with. Keep us posted if anyone gets refund before 1/27!

So both my state and federal are still pending? So I have to wait until after Jan 27 to know if both mines are accepted

A few returns were accepted in small test batches. Those people will not be getting early refunds even if their returns were accepted early.
