    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You have to first update the federal program before you can download the state program.       <description>&lt;P&gt;If your tax return was rejected when you tried to e-file, or if you did not go all the way through the file section yourself and click that big orange button that said "Transmit my return now" then your return was not filed.&amp;nbsp; It is far too late to e-file a 2018 return now.&amp;nbsp; E-filing for 2018 returns is permanently closed.&amp;nbsp; You will have to print, sign and mail the return.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you pay your TurboTax fees?&amp;nbsp; You have to pay in order to print the returns.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got a new computer. I re-installed Turbo Tax 2018 from my CD to my new computer. The program only allowed me to download one state, which I did. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; However in 2018, I lived in 2 states (moved in Sep. 2018) I also own rental property in another state. &amp;nbsp; In 2018, I paid for downloading 2 states and one was free.&amp;nbsp; I need to reinstall the other 2 states in order to open the file in the new computer.&amp;nbsp; When I try to open the file in the new computer, it asks me to Download the other 2 states and &lt;STRONG&gt;it requires paying all over again.&lt;/STRONG&gt; According to the agent I spoke to this afternoon, I should &lt;STRONG&gt;NOT&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt; have to pay again only to move my files to a new computer.?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why CAN I be able to move my file without paying twice for the same software?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;need help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
