Were you supposed to receive a refund for the amended return? It takes about 4 months for the IRS to process an amended return, and then they mail you a check. You should not expect a letter about it.

I don’t know if I should receive any money from IRS, the file return was completed by them on July, in case that I owe money to IRS, what are my options to pay it?

When you submitted your amended return did you not LOOK at it to see if you were getting a refund or if you owed? Print it out and LOOK at it, for heaven's sake. If it says that you owe then you need to pay the IRS. You can pay on the IRS site:
