Not sure what you are trying to do. You cannot file your 2019 return yet. The IRS will not be accepting returns until later in January. What refund info are you asking about? Right now it is highly unlikely that you even have all of the data necessary to see if you are getting a refund. Employers and financial institutions do not send out documents for 2019 until the end of January in 2020.

You cannot complete step 2 until your return is ready to file ... click on the REVIEW tab to see what forms you are still waiting on ...
