Use the same account and user ID--did you forget how to access your account(s)?

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Note: Every year, before mid-October, print a copy of your current year tax return and save it as a tax file and pdf, too. That way you will have it when you need it for school, a loan, next year’s tax return, etc. without going through a lot of aggravation (and expense) to get it.

Are you logged in using the same username as your used in the past? Please see the following link to determine if this is what is happening with your return.

Why didn't last years return transfer over

Once you are able to determine if you used another username last year, you can do the following within TurboTax to obtain a copy of your prior tax return.
