You can go here TurboTax CD/Download Refund Request Form to request a refund if still within 60 days of purchase

i HAD ALREADY PURCHASED SOFTWARE (DISC), AND PAID AT 127.92 AT THE END, THINKING THAT WAS PAYMENT FOR THE IRS TAXES DUE.

PLEASE ISSUE REFUND, THIS WAS AN ERROR.

If you paid for the software on a CD you should have installed and completed your tax return using the TurboTax program on your computer. There was no reason to use the TurboTax online editions.
