What did you purchase?

If you purchased one to the TurboTax desktop editions for a prior tax year from this TurboTax website, the installation file should be at the latest level - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

Or is your personal computer OS not compatible for using the TurboTax software?

No matter when you download a program you must always run an update ... it is easy to do just click on ONLINE then UPDATE.

Yes, that is correct, and after I spoke to my sister she told I didn’t have to pay. She said it did to her but she just kelp pressing not now and it went away but for me it did not. How could I g t my money back
